June 2012 - May 2013
I didn’t work out everyday for a year. I gave up sometimes and I would start eating poorly again but I would look at other peoples progress and the light in my head would go off. There have been ups and downs throughout my journey and it is far from done but this is my progress. ((I’m 5’7. 165 in the before picture and now I have no idea))
@brianna__sky: Starting week four of my Back on Track Challenge (#botchallenge). I’ve been drinking more water, reading up on nutrition and trying new workouts from my magazines. I haven’t had a cheat meal or alcohol in 21 days. 💪 I’ve dropped six pounds and lowered my body fat percentage. This challenge isn’t even about weight loss. It was more about fat loss, gaining muscle, and feeling my absolute best.
If you’re a new follower and want to know what the challenge is, just look on my blog, under the “fit and healthy” page. It’s just a way for everyone to bet back on track and reach their own personal full potential. Link to blog is in profile. Or you can take a look at our community under the #botchallenge hashtag!
21 FUCKING DAYS. SO SIMPLE.
I could eat them everyday for breakfast! [Oatmeal Cupcakes: 3 mashed bananas (the riper the better!), 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp baking powder, 3 cups oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (or blueberries)]-another making sure I pinned!
